Choice of vehicle and rental periods
In the first step, you choose the vehicle and the rental date. All our vehicles are equipped with a Slovenian and Austrian annual vignette.

Finally, please read our terms and conditions and confirm the car rental. You will receive an email confirmation of your rental order and an invoice. Payment of the latter is a condition for picking up the vehicle, which you do on the previous at the address you have chosen.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to rent a van?
The van can be rented and driven by people aged 21 and over who have held a valid driving licence for at least two years. In addition to a valid driving licence, you will need a valid identity document and the rental payment or security deposit.
Are there any additional costs when I rent the car?
If you pick up and drop off your vehicle in Nova Gorica, there are no additional costs. You must return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel as you picked it up, otherwise the balance of the deposit will be deducted.
Can I travel abroad in a rented van?
Yes. You can travel abroad in your rental car, but only within the 300 kilometres per day allowed (additional kilometres upon agreement). When you sign the contract, you specify the countries you will be travelling to.
Can a van be driven by more than one driver?
The van can be driven by the person who is registered as the driver or additional driver in the rental contract. In the case of a third/additional person, the person who takes over the van is responsible.
What is the quickest way to book a van?

Can you deliver my rental van?
Yes. It can be delivered to the agreed address. We will charge you the delivery fee on the offer.
Can I pick up or return my vehicle outside office hours?
Only by prior arrangement, with the added fee of an extra day.
Can I return the car in another place in Slovenia?
Returns can be made anywhere. We will charge you the cost of the return on the offer.
Do your vehicles come with a Green Card?
Yes. In addition to the insurance policy and green card, all Rentamo vehicles come with: first aid kit, reflective vest, fire extinguisher and, in winter, snow chains.
Which debit and credit cards do you accept?
Payment can only be made to the company’s bank account, which you will receive by e-mail.
Is the Slovenian vignette included in the price?
Yes. All vehicles are equipped with the Slovenian and Austrian annual vignette.
Which insurances are included in the rental price?
The rental price includes full CASCO insurance with 24/7 assistance and additional insurance for passengers in the car.
What is the procedure in the event of a traffic accident?
If you have been involved in a road accident in a van, you must fill in the European accident report, inform the police and obtain a police report, and inform the Rentamo office immediately.
If my rental van breaks down, do I get a replacement van?
If your rental van breaks down, you must inform Rentamo immediately. We will help you and, in all likelihood, refer you immediately to an authorised repairer, and then we will proceed to sort things out according to the breakdown of the vehicle.
Is smoking allowed in a rental van?
No. Smoking is not allowed in the rental van.
